The terms,
in plain words.
How Qutb works with the masajid on it and the people who visit them. This is a draft: it describes the platform as it runs today and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

What this page is
Not yet a contract
This page is the Qutb team’s plain statement of how the platform works. It has not been reviewed by counsel and it is not yet a contract. What a masjid agrees with Qutb in writing governs that masjid, and a masjid’s own site carries its own terms at its own address.
Who these terms are for
- Visitors to qutb.one, the platform’s own address.
- Masajid that run on Qutb, and the administrators and staff who manage them.
- A congregation uses its masjid’s site under that masjid’s terms, published at the masjid’s own address.
Giving carries no platform fee
Qutb takes no fee on any donation, on any channel. That holds on the web, at the kiosk, in the app and for monthly donations, and the platform’s tests refuse any change that would add one. A card payment carries the payment processor’s own charge, which a donor may choose to cover.
Donations, and what a masjid pays Qutb, are kept in separate ledgers and never share a balance.
What a masjid pays
A masjid pays for its preset — the set of capabilities it runs — at the prices published on the pricing page. Small masajid have a free preset.
A masjid’s records stay its own
A masjid’s words, brand and records belong to the masjid, and each masjid’s records are kept apart from every other’s. How the platform processes them is set out in the privacy notice.
Qutb AI
Qutb AI drafts; it never issues religious rulings. A draft is a suggestion to the person who asked for it, and publishing stays that person’s act.
Using the platform fairly
- Do not try to read or change another masjid’s records, or any record you were not given.
- Do not disrupt the service. If you find a weakness, follow the reporting steps instead of using it.
- Do not send messages through a masjid’s tools to people who did not ask for them.
Availability and changes
The platform is provided as it runs today, and this draft states no service level. Last updated on 8 October 2026; when these terms change, that date changes with them. Questions go to salam@qutb.one.
